Extend the Battery Life of your Samsung Corby

Many users have been complaining about the terrible battery life they are getting from their Corby Phone. The main reason behind this is the fact that most services are on by default which gobble up the battery pretty quickly.Decrease the frequency of recharging your SAMSUNG Corby with these five easy tips.

1. Keep the screen brightness as low as possible. You can save a lot more battery power if you keep a dimmer light on screen.

2. Keep backlight time to a minimum so your phone does not remain active for a long time when not in use.

3.Do not use widgets like weather and news feeds and social network updates as they use your phone connection and data synchronization capabilities automatically, thus consuming more power.

 

4. Turn off Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. These features are major battery sucker. Turn it off when not in use.

5. Close running applications not in use.You may not know, but you could probably take a few minimized applications running. To close these applications, run the task manager. Hold down menu and you will see a list of minimized applications. Tap the stop-sign like to close a specific application, or tap End all applications to close them all at once.
