How to Openline the Samsung Corby GT-S3653W

Disclaimer: This was personally tested(take risk) by me using my Corby GT-S3653W locked to Sun Cellular. And it worked. But I will not be responsible if it didn't worked/damaged your phone. Try this at your own risk.. if your ready then lets proceed.


Unlocking your Samsung Corby GT-S3653W

1. first, check your lock status using this code [ *#7465625# ]

*you will see something like this:

[ON] Network Lock
[OFF]Subset Lock
[OFF]SP Lock
[OFF]CP Lock

2. click the rectangular box on the lower portion to return to the home screen then proceed to the next step.

3. type this code to change the Network Lock status [ #7465625*638*00000000# ] <-thats 8 zero's

4. you will see a notification that the Network Lock is now turned off.

5. type [ *#7465625# ] again and you'll see its now changed. 

[OFF] Network Lock
[OFF]Subset Lock
[OFF]SP Lock
[OFF]CP Lock


6. now power off your phone and insert another sim (globe or smart) and walla! its now openlined.. ^_^

    recheck if you typed the code correctly.are the asterisks and pound sign in the correct position?
    is there a notification after you typed the code?

    sorry but i dont know that error. i tried this with two samsung corby wifi locked to Sun Cellular and it worked well.havent encountered any difficulties... i will post another tutorial. please read the disclaimer before doing these tricks...

    Wow, this actually worked for me... I got the same from Sun Cellular and i entered the code and voila... Open line na sya.

    Thanks for this. At least I don't have to go to greenhills to pay. I'm using it for Smart na.

    I reallly appreciated it and the funny thing, my officemates were kinda surprised why I was jolly all of a sudden. hhehe

    worked on my Samsung Corby GT-S3653, which is locked to the Smart Network. I got a little confused at the start since i forgot that I put a password on my other sim, which is TM.. For those like me, just put your password when asked with the SIM PASSWORD and continue with the instructions stated above.. Well done Mico!

    Well, I don't know what these other people who are supposedly locked on "smart" are saying? I have a smart locked GT-S3653 and the instructions above worked great. Just followed the instructions to the letter and the phone was unlocked instantaneously. You might want to check if your phone is actually locked on smart, or are you just permanently locked on "dumb" . . . lol! GREAT WORK ELMO! Much appreciated!

    eto share ko lang gumana sa samsung corby gt-s3653 non wifi... try dis without simcard on keypad type dis code, it will restore the fone to its factory settings...

    *2767*3855#

    kpag d gumana try this one

    *2767*2878#

    after typing this code allow the fone to restart itself, this would take 3-5mins... kapag nagrestart fully na cia... try inserting a simcard then tada!!! ok na cia...
